Xunantunich Temple Horseback Exploration
There are many ways to explore an Ancient Maya Temple and one of the best ways is via horseback. Your day will start out with a driver picking you up at your hotel. Driving 20 minutes, starting on the George Price Highway (Westwards), diverting off road for approximately 6 miles on feeder road to get to your starting point Morningside Ranch.You will follow trails through farm land, under jungle canopy and through the sleepy community of San Jose Succotz, crossing the Mopan River on a hand crank ferry as we make our way up to Xunantunich.
