Require the minimum of 12 hours advance notice form date of ride. Meet the minimum number of persons based on trail request (Private or Group request). Weight limit is 240lbs (108kg). Any child younger than 6 years of age requires riding along with a parent (an adult).
Payment must be processed before the date of the riding adventure (N/A to Trade partners). Only one date change is permitted – any additional change will carry an administrative fee of 15% based on the total booking value.

Cancellation made more than 3 days prior to scheduled tour date = full refund/ no charge will be placed. Cancellation within 2 days
prior to scheduled tour date = 50% of the value for ride/ tour will be chargeable. Cancellation within the same day of scheduled ride/
tour or within 12 hours prior to scheduled time of tour = 100% of value will be charged/ no refund.
